Who is responsible for slip and fall or trip and fall injuries on a curb?

Back to New York Personal Injury Questions

Video Transcription

If you trip and fall on a curb, not the actual sidewalk but the curb which borders the street, you have a claim against the city of New York. But note that you only have 90 days to make such a claim, and you have to prove that the city had notice of the defect that make you fall.
