Generally a personal injury claim can settle, uh, uh, very early or very late in the litigation. It depends on the case and it depends on the treatment and the injury involved. If you’re, you’re continuing your treatment, obviously we cannot, uh, settle your case. But, uh, if at some point in time, uh, your treatment is complete, then we can try and settle your case with the insurance companies. Uh, otherwise also just be aware that the litigation also continues at the same time that you’re treating. So we will end up eventually in court if the case does not settle.
